Designed to equip a team leader with critical skills needed to propel their team to a higher performance level in pursuit of their Company’s vision. Topics covered include; - Developing your leadership and team's vision. - Hiring and engaging your team. - Crafting and executing a strategy and organizational plans - Measuring and ensuring accountability for your work and teams. - Adapting and course-correcting How the program is delivered: Sessions 1 and 2 will be focused on the leader; guiding them to assess themselves on the 5 crucial leadership competences, guiding them to understand what drives their work and understanding their leadership philosophy. Sessions 3 through 7 will be deep dives into the components of each and there will be one or two bonus sessions to tie everything together. Targeted Participants: - Recommended for leaders in senior roles with leadership oversight responsibilities.
